Insert or replace fuse. Amp's Remote Turn-On wire may be disconnected. Amp +12V constant wire not getting voltage. Use a digital multimeter on the Blue/White remote wire to ensure it gets +12V positive when the audio system is on. If not trace the wire and correct the connection. Test the Yellow +12V constant wire with a digital multimeter to ensure it is getting +12V at all times. Trace the wire to the fused battery source. Amplifier gain is not adjusted properly. Adjust the gain to where it should be according to your specific system setup. Signal input to the amp is not good. Use a known good RCA input into the amplifier to see if that works. Disconnected pin or loose connection. Amp channel not installed properly. Check all connections to the speaker, loose pins, disconnected terminals etc.. Swap around the speakers for the working one to see if that works. Swap the left and right RCA's to see if the other side works. If so the installation of the other amp channel needs to be gone over.

Symptom
Possible Cause

System will not turn on.
Missing or blown fuse at the
battery.
Insert or replace fuse.
Amp’s Remote Turn-On wire may
be disconnected.
Use a digital multimeter on the Blue/White
remote wire to ensure it gets +12V positive
when the audio system is on. If not trace the
wire and correct the connection.
Amp +12V constant wire not getting
voltage.
Test the Yellow +12V constant wire with
a digital multimeter to ensure it is getting
+12V at all times. Trace the wire to the fused
battery source.

Output is low.
Amplifier gain is not adjusted
properly.
Adjust the gain to where it should be
according to your specific system setup.
Signal input to the amp is not good.
Use a known good RCA input into the
amplifier to see if that works.

One of the speakers is not
working.

Check all connections to the speaker, loose
pins, disconnected terminals etc.. Swap
around the speakers for the working one to
see if that works.
