If you want to erase and install, make sure you back up your user data before you start. Use Disk Utility on your Mac OS X Install DVD to erase your hard drive. To install the iLife applications that came with your computer: 1 Make sure your power adapter is connected and plugged in. 2 Insert the Applications Install DVD that came with your computer. 3 Follow the onscreen instructions. In the Installation Type pane, click Customize. 4 Click the disclosure triangle next to Bundled Applications, select the checkboxes next to the applications you want to install, and then click Install. 5 When the installation is complete, click Close. Installing iLife Applications
You can reinstall the iLife applications that came with your computer if you accidentally
delete them, or after you perform an erase and install.
To install the iLife applications that came with your computer:

Applications Install DVD
that came with your computer.

Follow the onscreen instructions. In the Installation Type pane, click Customize.
