Troubleshooting Problem The dishes are not clean. Possible causes The spray arms do not rotate. Action Remove the arms and clean them. Check that the dishes are not blocking the spray arms. Detergent is too old. Detergent is a perishable product. Incorrect detergent dosage. Avoid large packages. Dose according to water hardness.
