In the plastic bag containing these instructions and other things, you will find a plastic divider. Place the divider in the detergent compartment if you use liquid detergent. The detergent drawer automatically dispenses the detergent and fabric softener at the appropriate times. Simply pour the measured amounts of detergent and softener into the proper compartments (as illustrated) and close the drawer.
