Onboard PCI IDE Controller [Enabled] Allows you to disable or enable the onboard PCI IDE controller. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled] SATA Mode Selection [IDE] Allows you to disable or set the onchip Serial ATA controller mode. Configuration options: [Disabled] [IDE] [Raid] [AHCI] • If you install SATA 3Gbps harddisk with NCQ feature, we recommend that you set this feature to [AHCI] for better performance. • If you want to install 2 SATA harddisk for RAID system, please set this feature to [Raid] before you install the OS. 2.3.6 System Information This menu gives you an overview of the general system specifications. The BIOS automatically detects the items in this menu. AMI BIOS Displays the auto-detected BIOS information. Processor Displays the auto-detected CPU specification. System Memory Displays the auto-detected system memory. 2.4 Advanced menu The Advanced menu items allow you to change the settings for the CPU and other system devices. Take caution when changing the settings of the Advanced menu items. Incorrect field values can cause the system to malfunction.
