9. The RAID drivers are copied to the floppy disk. After creating a RAID driver disk, eject the floppy disk, then write-protect it to prevent computer virus infection. 10. Press any key to return to the Makedisk menu. To create a RAID driver disk in Windows® environment: 1. Place the motherboard support CD in the optical drive. 2. Go to the M a k e D i s k menu, then select the RAID driver disk you wish to create: • Click Intel ICH7R 32bit RAID Driver to create an Intel® ICH7R RAID driver disk for a 32-bit system. • Click Intel ICH7R 64bit RAID Driver Disk to create an Intel® ICH7R RAID driver disk for a 64-bit system. • Click M a r v e l l 6 1 4 5 3 2 b i t / 6 4 b i t D r i v e r f o r P 5 W 6 4 to create a Marvell® 88SE6145 SATA RAID driver disk for a 32-bit/ 64-bit system.
