2.4.2 Installing ASUS PIKE RAID card (optional) Follow the steps below to install an optional ASUS RAID card on your motherboard. 1. Locate the PIKE RAID card slot on the motherboard. 2. Installing ASUS PIKE RAID card (optional)
Follow the steps below to install an optional ASUS RAID card on your motherboard.
1.
Locate the PIKE RAID card slot on
the motherboard.
2.
Turn up the bridge board cover
near the system fan.
3.
Remove the pre-installed ASUS
CF-R12A-A bridge board.

Insert the RAID card into the PIKE
RAID card slot. Ensure that it is
completely seated on the PIKE
RAID card slot.
5.
Install the bundled ASUS
CF-R12A-S bridge board.
6.
Recover the bridge board cover.
