Troubleshooting (Cont) PROBLEM No sound SOLUTION - Check the speaker settings. Turn up the volume. - Press MUTE on the remote control to turn off mute. - Unplug the headphones. Remote control doesn't work - Remove any obstacles between the remote and the TV. - Use the remote control near the portable TV. - Point the remote at the IR sensor on the TV. - Replace the battery in the remote control.
