Help Charging The is not scrolling when the parent unit is placed on the charger pod • Bad battery contact - move the parent unit slightly. • Dirty contact - Clean the battery contacts on the parent unit and charger pod with a cloth moistened with alcohol. • Battery is full - no need to charge. • Make sure the charger pod is correctly plugged in to a 230VAC, 50Hz mains power socket and that the socket is switched on. • Make sure the 2 rechargeable AAA batteries are properly inserted and with the polarity correct, in the battery compartment of the parent unit. Display No display • Try recharging or replacing the batteries. • Reset the units. Remove the batteries from the parent unit, wait for about 15 seconds and then replace them. • Is the unit turned on? Press and release P on the side of the parent unit to turn it on. Registration If the baby unit has lost its link with the parent unit • Try recharging or replacing the batteries. • If the baby unit is too far away it may be going out of range, so move the baby unit closer to the parent unit. • Reset the units. Remove the batteries from the parent unit, wait for about 15 seconds and then replace them. Allow up to one minute for the baby unit and the parent unit to synchronise. • See "2.6 Registration" if there is a need to re-register the units. Help 23

Charging
