Troubleshooting Below are some of the issues you may run into. If you don't see the issue you're experiencing below, visit support.BISSELL.com. Problem Possible Cause Filter is in protective plastic bag. Airflow is significantly reduced Fan speed is low. Filter needs to be replaced.
