Replacing the Filters Filter life varies based on run time and existing air conditions. It is recommended to replace the filter once every 6-8 months. 1. On carpet, flip the air purifier over. Twist the base cover counter-clockwise to the unlocked position. 2. Remove the base cover to access the filter. Remove the dirty filter. 3. Remove your new filter from its protective plastic bag. 4. Insert the new filter with the Genuine BISSELL® Filter sticker facing up. The base cover will not fit back on unless the filter is inserted correctly. 5. Reinstall the base cover so that the unlocked arrows are aligned. Then, twist the base cover clockwise until it clicks into the locked position. 6. Plug in and turn the air purifier back ON. Press and hold the Filter Reset Button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. WARNING For your safety, always turn OFF and unplug your air purifier before replacing the filters. 9

Replacing the Filters
