S ingl e S erve C hoco late Chip Cake in a Mug Ingredients: 1/4 cup flour 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. applesauce 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips Directions: 1. Heat toaster oven to 375°F. 2. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. 3. Mix together applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients. 4. Fold in chocolate chips. 5. Spoon batter into a greased oven safe coffee mug. 6. Bake 15-18 min. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 11

SINGLE SERVE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE
IN A MUG
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. applesauce
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions:
