Washing with Individual Settings The individual settings may be adjusted to your requirements. Quick overview Below is a quick overview of the adjustable settings. The steps for changing the settings are described in detail below. Select a program with the program selector Press the Menu button (following selections appear in sequence) Spin speed Dependent on program and model (see Page 18). allows reduction of the maximum spin speed achieved by the program Program finish at time* Adjustable in 30 minute steps allows the program finish time to be set Washing Mode Normal Quick quick mode for lighter soiled items and a shorter wash time Reduced Ironing OFF ON a gentle spin speed with subsequent fluffing to reduce creaasing PreĆSoak OFF ON an integrated pre-soak cycle for pretreatment of heavily stained items Signal OFF Continuous Max the acoustic signal indicates the start or end of the program, operating errors, or malfunction Child lock OFF ON Set clock Hours/ minutes allows the washer to be secured to prevent certain functions from being changed inadvertently clock must be set before the program option finish at time can be used Press Select button until desired setting is obtained Press Menu button for more settings or press Start/Pause button to begin washing * Available only if clock is set (see page 13) Changing Displayed Settings i Before setting additional options, choose a program with the program selector! Select the option to be changed with the Menu" button. Press the button to move to the next option on the display. The active symbol starts flashing. Select settings by pressing the Menu button and change them by pressing the Select button. The current active option setting is displayed on the right. These settings can now be changed with the Select" button. Press the button to jump to the next possible setting. i Pressing the Menu" button again, saves the previous settings. If you don't press any button for 10 seconds the settings are saved automatically. 19
