Care and Maintenance Problem What to do No audio from the AUX device • Make sure the connected mobile device is on and playing. • Press the AUX button and check that the AUX indicator is on. • Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted into the speaker, and fully inserted into the source device. • Turn up the speaker volume to make sure the speaker is not muted. • Increase the volume level on the AUX device. • Try using a different AUX cable. Poor sound quality • Make sure the audio cable is firmly connected to the AUX IN from an AUX device connector speaker and the source device. • Try connecting a different AUX device. Factory reset To restore the speaker to factory default settings (clear memory, clear language selection, etc.) make sure the speaker is connected to a power source, then press and hold and at the same time for ten seconds. Cleaning To clean the exterior surface of your product, you can wipe it using a soft, dry cloth. • Do not use solvents, chemicals, or sprays • Do not allow liquids to spill or objects to d op into any openings.
