For a new bobbin case, contact your nearest Brother authorized service center. • Make sure that you fit the bobbin case properly, otherwise the needle may break. 6 Attach the needle plate, and then tighten the screws. Upper thread tightened up n Symptom • The upper thread appears as a single continuous line. • The bobbin thread is visible from the upper side of the fabric. For this reason, the thread is visible from the right side of the fabric. n Remedy/check details Correctly install the bobbin thread.
