The fuser unit is too hot. „ (MFC-7340, MFC-7345N and MFC7440N only) Received fax messages still in memory will be lost when the machine is turned off. See Transferring your faxes or Fax Journal report on page 111 before disconnecting the machine so you will not lose any important messages. Then, turn the power switch off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it on again. Leave the machine for 15 minutes with the power on. „ (MFC-7840W only) Turn the power switch off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it on again. Leave the machine for 15 minutes with the power on. The machine can be turned off for approximately 4 days without losing faxes stored in the memory. (See Transferring your faxes or Fax Journal report on page 111.)
