While lightly holding the thread, turn the 6 needle threader lever toward the front of Pass the end of the thread through the 0 presser foot, and then pull out about 5 cm the machine (toward you). you (counterclockwise) by hand to lower
and then raise the needle.

Pull on the upper thread to draw up the
lower thread.
