138 Playback/Erasing Erasing All Images z Note that erased images cannot be recovered. Exercise adequate caution before erasing an image. z Protected images cannot be erased with this function. 1 Select [Erase all]. 1. Press the button. 2. In the [ ] menu, use the or button to select . 3. Press the button. 2 Erase the images. 1. Use the or button to select [OK]. 2. Press the button. • To exit instead of erasing, select [Cancel]. • Press the MENU button several times to complete the setting. The screen will return to the Play menu. Please format the memory card when you want to erase not only image data but also all the data contained on the memory card (p. 56).
