CHAPTER 3 EXPOSURE SYSTEM III. DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY As needed, disassemble/assemble the machine with the following in mind: 1. ! Before starting the work, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power plug for safety. 2. Unless otherwise instructed, assemble the parts by reversing the steps used to disassemble it. 3. Identify the screws by type (length, diameter) and location. 4. Use the washers where necessary. (The screws used to mount the grounding wire and Varistors come with a washer to ensure electrical continuity.) 5. As necessary, cut the harness band. 6. As a rule, do not operate the machine with any of its part removed. 7. A few of the screws used are special screws (with wider thread intervals).
