Basic Copying Features Automatic Exposure Adjustment This mode enables you to set the machine to automatically adjust the copy exposure to the level best suited to the quality of the original. 1 Place your originals ➞ press [A]. 2 The machine automatically adjusts the copy exposure to the level best suited to the quality of the original. NOTE An automatic copy exposure adjustment may not work with transparencies. In this case, adjust the copy exposure manually by pressing [Light] or [Dark]. 2 Press (Start). Copying starts.
