Making Copies in the Manual and Vocal Mode 1 If you want to use voice recognition, press the Voice Recognition button © say "number of copies." The voice guide announces that the 2 machine has entered the mode for entering numeric values. 2 Enter the copy quantity using - (numeric keys). If you want to use voice recognition, press the Voice Recognition button © say the number of copies you want to make.
