Alignment Filter - The Alignment (FFT) filter is used to improve the initial alignment estimation. It reduces the noise from images that otherwise can be problematic during alignment. Quality Filter Band - The Quality Filter Band is another important part of the tool, using the FFT-information this setting will give you the ability to estimate and order the images/frames based on quality.
