During the period of Daylight Saving Time, Brazilian clocks go forward one hour in most of the Brazilian southeast. • Chile - The first Sunday in March or after 9th March. In addition, Easter Island DST starts 9th March and ends the 12th October. • China - China does not operate Daylight Saving Time. • Canada - From the first Sunday in April until the last Sunday of October. Daylight Saving Time is usually regulated by provincial and territorial governments.
