Removing the I/O module without disconnecting the virtual power button cable can damage the cable.  1. Push in on the sides of the cam levers on the I/O module and rotate  the top levers downward .  2. Removing the I/O Module
CAUTION:
If the server is equipped with a three-segment virtual power button
cable, refer to the
Removing the Virtual Power Button Cable
section at the end
of this guide for further instructions before continuing with this section.
Removing the I/O module without disconnecting the virtual power button cable
can damage the cable.
1. Push in on the sides of the cam levers
on the I/O module and rotate
the top levers downward
.
2. Pull the I/O module out of the rear of the chassis
until it reaches the
module stop latches.
