Banana Maple Tofu Frozen Dessert Makes about eight ½-cup servings 1 cup vanilla soy milk (calciumenriched suggested) ²∕³ cup pure maple syrup 1 medium banana (about 6 ounces), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1 pound silken tofu, drained, cut into 2-inch pieces Place all ingredients in a blender jar in the order listed.
