Deleting Classes In this field... Incoming Traffic: Limit rate to DiffServ Code Point Do this... Select this option to limit the rate of incoming traffic belonging to this class. Then type the maximum rate (in kilobits/second) in the field provided. Select this option to mark packets belonging to this class with a DiffServ Code Point (DSCP), which is an integer between 0 and 63. Then type the DSCP in the field provided. The marked packets will be given priority on the public network according to their DSCP. To use this option, your ISP or private WAN must support DiffServ. You can obtain the correct DSCP value from your ISP or private WAN administrator. Deleting Classes You cannot delete a class that is currently used by a rule. You can determine whether a class is in use or not, by viewing the Rules page. To delete an existing QoS class 1. Click Network in the main menu, and click the Traffic Shaper tab. The Quality of Service Classes page appears. 2. Click the Erase icon of the class you wish to delete. A confirmation message appears. 3. Click OK. The class is deleted.
