For Windows Server 2008: 1 Click Start Control Panel. 2 Double-click User Accounts. 3 Click Turn User Account Control on or off. 4 Click Continue. 5 Clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box. 6 Click OK. 7 Restart the computer.
