NOTE: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings. Quantity Purpose: To specify the number of copies to print. Values: 1* Available Range: 1-999 Sets the value in increments of 1. 2 Sided Print Purpose: To specify whether to print on both sides of a sheet of paper. Values: 1 Sided* 2 Sided Flip on Long Edge* Flip on Short Edge Print Mode Purpose: To specify the print mode. Values: Does not print on both sides of a sheet of paper. Prints on both sides of a sheet of paper to be bound by long edge. Prints on both sides of a sheet of paper to be bound by short edge. Normal* High Quality High Speed For documents with normal sized characters. For documents with small characters or thin lines, or documents printed using a dot-matrix printer. Prints with the higher speed than the Normal mode, but the quality is less. PDF Password Purpose: To specify the password to print a PDF file secured with a document open password (password to open the PDF file). Values: Enter PDF Password Collation Purpose: To specify whether to sort the job. Values: Enter the document open password to print the secure PDF. Collated Uncollated* Sorts the job.
