Deprecated and Changed Features Note: Dell strongly recommends that you use the current target software release for all MDS 9000 Family products. Refer to the Dell Support Matrix, available through E-Lab Interoperability Navigator (ELN) at https://elabnavigator.dell.com/eln/modernHomeSSM for the latest information on qualified and target firmware revisions. Downloading software The Cisco MDS NX-OS software is designed for mission-critical high availability environments. Before performing upgrades, submit all requested changes to the Dell Global Services CCA change control process so that any potential operating environment impacts can be analyzed beforehand. Firmware upgrade instructions, prerequisites, and other caveats can be found in the Dell Connectrix Procedure Generator. The Connectrix Procedure Generator can be downloaded from Dell EMC Online Support at https://Dell.com/support. Search for Connectrix Procedure Generator.
