GUID-B2139A43-3FCA-4314-9C8A-5299715AA691 Procedure 1 Place the palm rest and keyboard assembly on the display assembly. 2 Using the alignment posts, press the display hinges down on the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 3 Replace the screws that secure the display hinges to the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 4 Route the display cable through the routing guides on the palm rest and keyboard. 5 Slide the display cable to the connector on the system board and close the latch to secure the cable. 6 Slide the battery cable to the connector on the system board. Procedure

Place the palm rest and keyboard assembly on the display assembly.

Using the alignment posts, press the display hinges down on the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.

Replace the screws that secure the display hinges to the palm rest and keyboard
assembly.

Route the display cable through the routing guides on the palm rest and
keyboard.
5
Slide the display cable to the connector on the system board and close the latch
to secure the cable.
6
Slide the battery cable to the connector on the system board.
