This document provides instructions for installing the remote access card on your system. NOTE: See your Installation and Troubleshooting Guide for detailed instructions on removing or replacing components. 1 Turn off the system, including any attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the electrical outlet. 2 Open the system. 3 Remove the filler plug from the system back panel. See Figure 1. 4 Remove the memory cooling shroud (if present). 5 Remove the memory module fans at the back of the system (if present). 6 Remove the fan bracket at the back of the system (if present). Turn off the system, including any attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the

Open the system.
