To ensure that a configuration is fully supported, always check the appropriate SAN, storage or blade server product support page to verify support of specific code levels on specific switch platforms prior to installing on your switch. Use only FOS versions that are supported by the provider. When using the Virtual Fabrics feature, it is highly recommended that all switches participating in a fabric with a logical switch use the latest firmware available for those switches. All switches must be operating at minimum firmware levels noted in the FOS Interoperability table below.
