New model information AVR-2311CI AV Surround Receiver A/V Home Theater Receiver with 3D Video Connectivity With an expanded feature set geared towards the home theater enthusiast and the custom integrator, the AVR-2311CI sets a new standard for performance, features and ease of use. It's also one of the first to come equipped with HDMI 1.4a features, including 3D pass-through (Broadcast and Blu-ray), along with Audio Return Channel. The surround decoder features full 32 bit floating point DSP processing, and handles the latest high resolution audio formats including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, which are found on many popular Blu-ray releases. As well, the AVR-2311CI features Dolby Pro Logic IIz decoding, which provides for an expanded front soundstage by deriving two additional height channels, as well as providing Music, Movie and Game surround modes with conventional stereo audio sources.
