Remote Control Overview The remote control is used to operate all of your portable air conditioner's functions. NOTES: Be careful not drop the remote control. Do not place the remote control in a location exposed to direct sunlight. Mode Button Speed Button Timer Button Cancel Button Power Button POWER Up and Down Buttons Celsius / Fahrenheit Button Button Power Mode Speed Timer Cancel  Up  Down ºC / ºF Function Powers the unit on or off. Changes between cool, dehumidify and fan modes. Sets the fan speed between high, medium, or low. Used to enable the timer. Used to cancel the timer. Increases the set temperature or the time when the Timer is enabled. Decreases the set temperature or time when the Timer is enabled. Changes the displayed temperature between Celsius and Fahrenheit. AAA AAA Installing the batteries AAA AAA 1) Remove the cover on the back of the remote control. 2) Insert the batteries with the (+) and (-) ends pointing in the correct direction. 3) Install the cover on the remote. CAUTION: Use only AAA batteries. Remove the batteries if the remote control will not be used for one month or longer. Do not attempt to recharge batteries not designed to be recharged.
