Solutions to Common Problems 11 IMPORTANT Before calling for service, review this list. It may save you both time and expense. This list includes common experiences that are not the result of defective workmanship or material in your Warm & Serve Drawer. DRAWER IS NOT LEVEL • Poor installation. Place a level on the cutout bottom. Make sure bottom is level. • Be sure cutout bottom is strong and stable enough to adequately support drawer (and wall oven, if applicable). CANNOT MOVE APPLIANCE EASILY • Appliance must be accessible for service. • Cabinets not square or are built in too tightly. Contact builder or installer to make appliance accessible. WARMER DRAWER DOES NOT OPERATE • Make sure cord/plug is plugged tightly into outlet. • Service wiring is not complete. Contact your dealer, installing agent or authorized servicer. • Power outage. Check house lights to be sure. Call your local electric company for service.
