s s s s ss s s s s s s s s s 5 Maintenance The projector needs little maintenance. You should keep the lens clean because any dirt or stains will appear on the screen. You will also need to clean the air filter located at the bottom of the projector periodically. It is important to keep the air filter clean because a clogged air filter prevents proper ventilation which is necessary to cool the projector and prevent it from overheating. The only parts you should replace yourself are the lamp and the air filter. If any other parts need replacing, contact your EMP-7300/7200/5300 dealer or qualified service personnel. When cleaning any part of the projector, always switch off and unplug the projector first. ♦ Warning: Never open any of the covers on the projector except the lamp and filter covers. Dangerous electrical voltages inside the projector can cause severe injury. Except as specifically indicated in this Owner's Manual, do not attempt to service this product yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. s s s s s 75
