Printing Problems You cannot print. Cause What to do The printer is not supported. Make sure your printer is supported. See page 60. The printer's power is off. Turn on the printer. The USB cable is not connected correctly. See "Connecting the Viewer to a Printer" on page 60 and reconnect the cable. You cannot print a JPEG image. Make sure the JPEG image does not exceed 4600 pixels in either the vertical or horizontal direction. Uninstalling Software If you need to uninstall the Epson Link2 software, follow the procedure below for Windows or on page 79 for Macintosh. Windows 1 Click or Start, point to All Programs or Programs, then select EPSON. Select Epson Link2, then click Uninstaller. Note: For Windows Vista, when you see the User Account Control screen, click Allow. 2 After the confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes. Updating the Firmware and Printer Driver Epson will occasionally update the viewer firmware. You can download the latest firmware for the viewer from Epson's support website.
