Turn the projector off, unplug it, and contact Epson for help. Note: If the lights display a pattern not listed in the table above, turn the projector off, unplug it, and contact Epson for help. Turn on the projector. 2. Press the Home button on the projector or the remote control. 3. Use the arrow buttons to select Help. 4. Press Enter. You see the Help menu. 5. Use the up and down arrow buttons to highlight the problem you want to solve. 6. Press Enter to view the solutions. 7. When you are finished, do one of the following: • To select another problem to solve, press Esc. 158
