Select the following settings as necessary to adjust the watch display: • The watch shuts off the display automatically after a period of time without activity. To turn off this feature, select Auto Sleep, press the Enter button, select Off, and press the Enter button. • To adjust the display contrast, select Contrast, press the Enter button, select a contrast option, and press the Enter button. • To turn on the backlight during workouts, notifications, or button operations, or whenever you turn your wrist to view the display, select Light, press the Enter button, select a backlight option for each activity, and press the Enter button. • To display or hide the number of seconds on the Time screen, select Display Seconds, press the Enter button, select On or Off, and press the Enter button. 4. To adjust the conditions under which your watch vibrates to alert you, select Vibration, press the Enter button, select a vibration option for each activity, and press the Enter button.
