124 | Printing With Epson Drivers for Windows Sizing Images for Borderless Printing on Roll Paper For true borderless printing on roll paper, you can select either Auto Expand or Retain Size or create a custom paper size, as described on page 132. Your image may be clipped on the left and right edges, but you can minimize clipping by sizing your image according to the roll paper width and by adjusting the length by adding 0.1 inch (2.54 mm) to it. Auto Expand provides the best solution for borderless printing with minimal image clipping because you can create an image width almost equal to the width of the roll media. If you use Retain Size, you need to size your image slightly wider than the paper width. See the table below for guidelines: Roll paper width 10 inches (254 mm) 13 inches (330 mm) 16 inches (406 mm) 17 inches (432 mm) 24 inches (610 mm) 36 inches* (914 mm) 44 inches* (1118 mm) Image width (with Auto Expand) 9.7075 inches (246.57 mm) 12.8 inches (325.1 mm) 15.8 inches (401.3 mm) 16.8 inches (426.7 mm) 23.8 inches (604.5 mm) 35.8 inches (909.3 mm) 43.8 inches (1112.5 mm) * Epson Stylus Pro 9900 only Image width (with Retain Size) 10.25 inches (260.35 mm) 13.25 inches (338.8 mm) 16.25 inches (412.75 mm) 17.25 inches (438.15 mm) 24.25 inches (615.9 mm) 36.25 inches (920.7 mm) 44.25 inches (1124.0 mm) 124
