TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM When the appliance door is opened 4 rapid beeps sound and a code is displayed on the control panel Water in the vegetable bins POSSIBLE CAUSES Condensation is formed by the water produced by fruit and vegetables. Exterior of cabinet is warm Condensation on outside of appliance Condensation/ice inside compartment Note: This is normal. Not unusual during periods of high humidity. Frequent or long door openings. Door gasket leaking. Not unusual during periods of high humidity. Door not closing tightly. Bin does not slide in and out evenly Doors not aligned. Packaging trapped. Door not closing An obstruction is blocking door closing. Appliance not installed correctly. Freezer door will not open Small or large ice cubes The door has been recently opened. Water line is kinked/ squashed. Frozen food items are soft or melting WHAT TO DO Record the code on the control panel and contact Customer Care Center. A small amount of condensation is beneficial for fruit and vegetable storage. Wipe out water with a cloth. Wipe dry. Minimize door openings. Check and clean door gasket seal. Wipe dry. Arrange items in the compartment so door can close tightly. Call a service technician. Check to ensure no food or packaging is trapped behind the tray/bin. Move obstruction. Refer to your Installation guide supplied with this appliance to ensure your appliance has been installed correctly. Wait 30 seconds and try again. Check the external water line is not kinked/squashed. If it is not kinked/squashed contact Customer Care to arrange a technician to check the internal water line. Remove items and place in another freezer or cooler and call Customer Care immediately. 22
