Dirt remains after self-cleaning Appliance is not level Cannot move appliance easily BEFORE YOU CALL • The self-cleaning has been interrupted. Review the "Self Cleaning" instructions. • Excessive spills on the oven floor. Clean up any excess spills before starting selfcleaning. • Failure to clean dirt from the oven frame, door trim outside the door seal and the small area in the center front of the oven hearth. These areas are not part of the self-cleaning area, but become hot enough to burn the residue. Clean these areas manually before starting the cleaning cycle. The residue can be cleaned with a nylon brush and water or a nylon scouring pad. Take care not to damage the oven seal. Other Problems • Poor installation. Place oven rack in center of oven. Place a level on the oven rack. • Kitchen cabinet alignment may make oven appear not level.
