Wood Base Removal, Leveling Instructions for Refrigerator and Freezer - installation

Wood Base Removal: 1. Remove two leveling legs provided in literature bag. While unit is lying on its back, remove four 3/8" hex crating bolts from wood base. Remove and discard wood base. 2. Install both leveling legs in rear of unit and loosen front leveling legs if necessary. See Fig. A Leveling Instructions for Refrigerator and Freezer: 1. Leveling leg adjustments may require a 1-1/4" wrench. 2. Level door of the refrigerator using all four levelers and slide unit into place. Recheck for levelness and adjust if necessary. 3. Measure distance from floor to bottom of door on the refrigerator. Adjust and level the freezer so door height matches. 4. Leveling Leg Adjustments: See Fig. B • One full turn of all four leveling legs will raise door 5/32". • One full turn of both front leveling legs will raise door 3/16" and tilt top of door back 7/16". • One full turn of both rear leveling legs will lower door 1/32" and tilt top of door forward 7/16". • One full turn of both side leveling legs will raise door 3/16" and tilt top of door 3/8". 5. Slide the freezer into place leaving a minimum gap of 3/16" between units for door swing clearance. 6. This last step may require at least one unit to be taken out of location to properly align units in a built-in application. 7. Properly aligned units should have level doors which are flush and parallel. See Fig. C Page 2 of 3 PN: 297078900

2. Level door of the refrigerator using all four levelers and slide unit into
place.

4. Leveling Leg Adjustments:

One full turn of all four leveling legs will raise door 5/32”.
One full turn of both front leveling legs will raise door 3/16” and
tilt top of door back 7/16”.
One full turn of both rear leveling legs will lower door 1/32” and
tilt top of door forward 7/16”.
One full turn of both side leveling legs will raise door 3/16” and
tilt top of door 3/8”.
5. Slide the freezer into place leaving a minimum gap of 3/16” between
units for door swing clearance.
6. This last step may require at least one unit to be taken out of location
to properly align units in a built-in application.
7. Properly aligned units should have level doors which are flush and
