8 Press any button to wake up the device. 9 Select an option: • For a 1X measurement, press . appears. • For a 3X measurement, hold . appears. NOTE: There is a one minute rest period between each measurement. Do not move or talk until the third measurement is complete. The arm cuff automatically inflates and deflates for each measurement. The results appear on the display. If you have set up your device with an optional Wi‑Fi® connection, the measurements are uploaded automatically to your Garmin Connect™ account.
