Using FM Traffic The traffic receiver is included in some nüvi 205 and 205W series packages and is an optional accessory for all nüvi 205 and 205W series models. Use an FM Traffic Message Channel (TMC) traffic receiver to receive traffic information broadcast over the FM Radio Data System. The traffic receiver is integrated in the vehicle power cable. In North America, traffic receivers that are included in your nüvi package provide you with free, ad-based traffic information that does not require a subscription. Traffic information is not available in all markets. See page 27 for more information.
