Resetting the Handheld Device to Default Settings NOTE: This procedure removes all paired dog collar devices from your handheld device. After resetting your handheld device, you must complete the pairing process for each collar again. You can reset the handheld device to a default state. 1 Connect the device to a computer (Connecting the Handheld Device to Your Computer, page 5). appears on the handheld device screen. 2 Move both toggle switches on the device to the center position. 3 Turn the intensity dial to N. 4 Hold the tone key and the bottom training key for 5 seconds. Factory Reset Complete appears on the handheld device screen and the device restarts. 8 Appendix

from your handheld device. After resetting your handheld
device, you must complete the pairing process for each collar
again.
