Appendix H Messages 64 Messages The StreetPilot III uses an on-screen message system to alert you to unit operating characteristics. Press the ENTER key to acknowledge and return to the page you were viewing. Using City or Postal Code May Help - More addresses or intersections were found than can be displayed. If the specific address or intersection you are looking for is not in the list, try entering a city or postal code and searching again. Antenna Shorted To Ground - Check antenna wiring or antenna placement. Battery Voltage Low - The batteries are low and should be replaced. Basemap Failed - The unit's basemap has failed. Return the unit to Garmin for service. Can't Unlock Maps - At least one map on the data card is locked. Data Transfer Complete - Transfer of data to the unit from PC software has been completed. Database Error - A waypoint or route failed to store in memory. If the problem persists, return the unit to Garmin for service. Detail Maps Don't Support Routing - The maps that are loaded on the data card do not support automatic route calculation.
