Problem Solution The blender jug is screwed Ensure to screw the holder clockwise to get it loose. on too tight to the holder. Slide your hand through the handle of the blender jug. Ask someone to hold on to the blender jug while you screw the holder with both hands. TIP: It is easier to loosen the blender jug if you put a drop of vegetableoil onto the sealing ring. Food is unevenly chopped Either too much food is being chopped at one time or the pieces are not small enough. Try cutting food into smaller pieces of even size and processing a smaller amount per batch. For best results the food should be chopped into pieces no larger than 2cm. Turn the blender off by pressing the ›POWER‹ button on the control panel. Then switch off at the power outlet and unplug the power cord.
