Troubleshooting guide Problem Froth whip is not rotating Possible Cause The froth whip is not properly seated in the whip holder. Solution Make sure that the froth whip is placed in the whip holder and locked into place. Check that the whip holder is fully snapped onto the lid. The lid is not properly placed. Make sure that the lid is properly placed on the electrical connector of the appliance.
