PLEASE READ BEFORE USE Operational Notes 1 Install the unit on a leveled surface free of vibration, and do not tilt or lay the unit on its side while in use. 2 Do not place any objects on the WATERCOOLING BOX or block the air ducts. It could lead to fan failure, increased noise, or a decrease in product performance. 3 Make sure the USB and power cables are properly connected to the motherboard and GIGABYTE OC GURU II have been installed before use. 4 If the GPU temperature remains over 75°C while pumps and fans' speed are running at full speed, immediately turn the PC OFF and contact GIGABYTE technical support to get further assistance. You can see the GPU temperature at the OLED panel on the WATERCOOLING BOX or through the OC GURU II. 5 If any leak is found, turn off the system immediately and contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center. Troubleshooting Problem Possible Cause Suggested Correction No display on the panel - No power to the display panel - Display panel fault - Turn off the PC and check if the power cable is connected properly to the power supply module. - Please contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center. N/A on display panel - USB cable is not connected properly - OC GURU II not yet installed - Turn off the PC and check if the USB cable is connected properly to the motherboard - Install the OC GURU II from the driver DVD or download from product website. GPU temperature continued over 75°C - Air ducts are blocked - Pump fault - Fan does not work - Remove the objects on the WATERCOOLING BOX. - Turn off the PC and wait for 5 minutes, then turn on the PC; if the problem remains, please contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center to help returning the card. - Please check if the fan cable is connected properly. If the problem remains, please contact GIGABYTE technical support or local service center.
